James Pratt is the UX co-founder of Fyve Labs. He was the AI User Experience Director at AT&T Chief Data Office, leading the design of data-driven decision-making tools for internal and external knowledge workers. With over 17 years of experience in AI and automation, James has made significant contributions to the field of human factors and user experience. He has developed numerous innovative systems, holding over 300 patents, and has been recognized as a leading inventor at AT&T. His work focuses on integrating AI to enhance usability, privacy systems, and business tools, pushing the boundaries of technology and user experience design. His team is focused on generative AI and traditional AI systems and their impact on traditional job and organizational design.

ML & AI RESEARCH - CO-FOUNDER

Eric Zavesky is a highly inventive research scientist and leader, co-founding Fyve Labs and Advising at HScore and previously a Director of Inventive Science at AT&T. His work uses machine learning and AI to build data-driven models that preemptively address user struggles, while also creating generative AI for time-saving in marketing, content management, and care verticals. Eric builds on 22+ years of experience with machine learning and computer vision in geospatial and content systems. He created platforms for search, content creation, and virtual assistants and co-founded a STEM start-up bridging robotics and AI co-play. Eric is a prolific innovator with 318+ patents and an AT&T Science & Technology Medal. Giving back to his community, he has hosted 5 hackathons and 4 workshops for hundreds of enterprise developers and annually judges at regional science fairs and SxSW.

PRODUCT - CO-FOUNDER

Carl du Plessis is the product Co-Founder of Fyve Labs and was previously a Principle Member of Technical Staff at AT&T Labs. His research has focused on adult language acquisition and enterprise data literacy. He led a User Experience research team studying Conversational Interface Design and Data Driven Interface Design. He has led the design and launch of multiple successful enterprise products in customer support, IT, data science, and sales. He earned his Masters from Georgia Tech (OMSCS) in Data Science with a capstone in Educational Technology. He comes from a family of educators and engineers - leading to an interest in all things tech and all things education. Via self-study (and a healthy dose of micro-learning), he's learned coding, design, and multiple languages.

Jared is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in software development, architecture, and UX design. In 2007, Jared founded WebOnyx, a pioneering software consulting firm that quickly earned a reputation for innovation and excellence. Under Jared's leadership, WebOnyx not only delivered top-tier consulting services but also embraced a culture of creativity, continuously brainstorming and bringing to life cutting-edge product ideas.

Throughout the past 17 years, Jared has successfully guided the team in the development of multiple Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, shepherding projects from the initial spark of ideation through to successful market launches. These ventures underscored Jared's commitment to pushing the boundaries of technology while enhancing user experience.

As a co-founder of WebOnyx in 2007, Brandon played a pivotal role in building extensive platforms designed for rapid application development. He has worked with organizations ranging from ambitious startups to established Fortune 50 companies. His broad experience across various frameworks, programming languages, and hosting environments has enabled him to refine the art of building, maintaining, and deploying software projects efficiently and effectively.
